Our journey began with meetings and emails between Diana and Amelia, where they collaborated on designs for Cici's Pizza & Wings, a beloved Parkdale landmark. Through these discussions, they discovered shared tastes, interests, and ambitions.

In 2022, Diana started making hot honey for Cici's, and it quickly became a customer favourite—don’t miss the Bumblebee Specialty Pizza! As the honey gained traction, Diana and Amelia teamed up to design labels and build a brand.

Today, Sauci's products are available in retailers across downtown Toronto, proudly sharing shelf space with some of the city’s finest food makers.
